ThirdEstateTimes.com was founded in December 2014 by Lenny Grover. ThirdEstateTimes.com aspires to be a destination for thoughtful commentary on current events. Unlike most opinion blogs, which reflect a single point of view, our long-term goal is to highlight diverse perspectives on the most important stories and issues in the news.
Though Lenny wrote for established financial blogs, TheStreet.com and Seeking Alpha, he was frustrated with the lack of similar websites for user-submitted, human edited, long-form commentary on current events. Lenny founded ThirdEstateTimes.com in mid-December 2014 and began the site with his own submissions.
